Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using VertexMail, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsible email sending
You may only send emails to recipients who have provided permission or where another lawful basis exists. Spam, purchased lists, scraped contacts and deceptive campaigns are prohibited.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for account security, uploaded contacts, campaign content, sender information and all activity performed through your account.
Plans and activation
Plans are activated manually after confirmation with the VertexMail team. Limits, duration and available features depend on the selected subscription.
Suspension and termination
VertexMail may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, excessive complaints or violations of these terms.
Service availability
We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted delivery, inbox placement or availability cannot be guaranteed.
